The system will send you an eight-digit order number following the confirmation of your order. If this number is not sent to you by our system, please check whether you have an existing order from the “Membership” / “My Orders” tab on our homepage.
If you cannot access your order, we recommend you to check if the payment is charged to your credit card. This may be caused by a failure to create the order due to temporary connection issues at banks. In such cases, please email email@example.com or send us a message through our Contact Us page. Your transactions will be checked by our financial department and you will be refunded on your credit card for any payments.
